In this phenomenon, people feel a sense of unease or even revulsion in response to humanoid robots that are realistic, but somehow not quite ‘right.’ We take a deep dive into the topic with Greg Panos, and Richard Cray, known for their explorations in utilizing AI apps for creative purposes. Our crowning achievement for this show is the creation of a catchy song about the valley, lyrics created by us, ChatGPT and Perplexity.ai. We discuss our creative production process, with Richard taking the lead as the singer of “Uncanny Valley.” Enjoy!
