The Dr. Mrs. Future Show - Blackout Aftermath, Night Gallery reminiscence, Solar/Battery Payoff, Extremophiles and Venus Envy, Open Studios Tour info, a local Black Hole light show, Icon and the Ionosphere, Wakanda and the new Disney Avenger's Campus, Richard Cray sings The Galaxy Song

Listen Now to the Dr.Mrs. Future Show 10.15.2019

This show has lots of content and guests and callers, making it really fun to hear (and educational too!). With our regular irregulars from LA, Richard Cray and Greg Panos, we reflect on last week’s PGE power outages, even reaching back to a classic Night Gallery episode involving an epic power failure.. and in space news we take a new look at Venus and recent info suggesting she was always a ‘hell world’  that only an extremeophile could love.

We have Anne Ostermann on for a segment, discussing the amazing lineup of artists you can visit this weekend in their home studios, during Santa Cruz’s Open Studio weekend, coming up in a few days.  We also have a local black hole putting on quite the light show and speaking of light shows, NASA’s new ICON probe will be studying the upper reaches of our ionosphere, from where the Northern and Southern lights hail. Richard gives us another update on the latest at Disneyland and ends the show with his rendition of Monty Python’s Galaxy Song.  Enjoy!
