Today’s show was dominated by the strange move of Pacific Gas & Electric to initiate massive power outages through Northern California to potentially prevent wildfires from starting from forecasted high winds. What’s going on here? Will inconveniencing over a million people for possibly days without power be good thing? We have callers with some strong opinions on this, and maps of the planned blackouts.. I might add that trying to get gas last night was quite the zoo at every station I tried to visit. There were lines of cars, and a few very short fuses amongst the people as they filled their cars and cans with the volatile liquid. If I didn’t better it would appear as if I was in some kind “Zombie Apocalypse” movie!
